 It is an honor to serve as your President
of the Leawood Lions Club for the 2009/2010 year. I will
make every effort to serve our club with energy and
hopefully continue all the efforts of our past Presidents.
I give you my
word that I will put all my energy into providing good
leadership to our club. I am excited about getting started
and most of all want to thank you for thinking that I would
be able to fill the President’s position. Here is to an
exciting and successful year.

ADDENDUM TO
FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER CONCERNING
LEAWOOD LIONS SALVATION ARMY FOOD PANTRY PROJECT:
Lion Chris Wright
encourages/invites
any Lions
that weren't at the meeting
Tuesday night (the 26th)
to please call him
(913-488-0575) and he
will make sure that
you
receive Flyers and bags for our Food Pickup Project. If
you can't pick
up the bags with food, let Lion Chris
know and he
will arrange to get them. And if
you can't bring them to City Hall on
Feb 6th around 10:00 a.m., Lion
Chris will come to
your home
and pick them up.
Lion Chris reminds us that if we all do
our part, if each of us will make just a small effort, and
do what we can, we will make a big difference for a lot of
families.
